Where and how do I start with HYPOXI Training?
Your first step is to book a FREE TRIAL at BodySmart. Your HYPOXI free trial includes a complimentary consultation in order for our HYPOXI Coach to assess your needs and goals. You will then receive a complimentary session on the HYPOXI machine recommended by your HYPOXI coach. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about how HYPOXI works and feels before committing to a full course.

Is HYPOXI painful?
No, HYPOXI is a non-invasive, low impact training method. If you are especially sensitive or prone to body aches, the lying down position in the L250 and the Dermology machine are advisable as they take the pressure off the joints, making HYPOXI an even more comfortable way to exercise.

How much does HYPOXI cost?
HYPOXI is reasonably-priced and affordable compared to other treatments and fitness services when you account for the results you can achieve in a short span of time. Our prices vary depending on which HYPOXI course you purchase. For more information on the courses and membership packages offered for HYPOXI, click here.

What should I wear for my HYPOXI session?

  • Your S120 or L250 session should be done wearing loose cotton trousers to help proper circulation. NO lycra pants. Wear a comfortable shirt and a good pair of trainers for light cycling.
  • For Vacunaut, you are required to wear your own inner suit during your treatment due to hygienic reasons. Wear a good pair of trainers for a light walk.
  • Your Dermology session should be done wearing a comfortable shirt, loose cotton trousers and a pair of socks. How many sessions do I have to do weekly?
During the initial stage of your HYPOXI Training, it is imperative that you do at least 3 sessions a week to achieve the best results.

How many sessions do I have to do weekly?
If it is your first HYPOXI course, our HYPOXI Training Method requires at least 3 times of training a week for 4 weeks (a total of 12 sessions in a month) for best results. However, depending on your goals, some clients may do their sessions 5 to 7 days a week for even quicker results or as little as 1 to 2 sessions weekly for weight maintenance.

How soon can I expect to see results?
Your measurements will be taken during your initial consultation, again on your 6th session and another on your 12th session. Majority of HYPOXI clients will start to see results on their 6th session.

What if I am not seeing results?
If you have not seen results after your 6th session of HYPOXI, keep going. Every individual’s body is different. We recommend going over your diet to ensure that you are following the nutritional guidelines and HYPOXI disciplines. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you drinking enough water? These factors can influence the results you get from HYPOXI.
