Refund Request Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours from the date of purchase. No refund requests will be entertained after the 48-hour window has elapsed. Products and services purchased more than 48 hours ago are not eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Services

Any purchased services can be transferred to another individual by completing a Transfer Form. The Transfer Form must be duly filled out and submitted to BODYSMART POLYCLINIC LLC for processing.

Exchange of Services

Clients have the option to exchange purchased services for other available services of equal value. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of the original purchase. Any price difference between services will be handled as per the current pricing structure.

No Refund on Open Products

There will be no refund on products that have been opened or used. Product returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened packaging.

To request a refund within the 48-hour period, clients must contact our customer service department. Refund requests will be processed within minimum 4 to 6 weeks , subject to review and approval.
